- Our company is specialized in the manufacturing of electrolytic marking machines (manual, semi-automatic and automatic). We supply our machines to a variety of different fields: bearings, motor valves, milling tools, needles, taps and so on. Furthermore, our company doesn't supply only the machines, but also the spare parts, such as the stencils and the electrolytic liquid, which are the most important elements of the electrolytic process.
- The electrolytic process works thanks to a liquid element (constituted for the 75% by water and for the 25% by neutral salts). Thanks to this composition and above all to the absence of acid substances, one obtains an indelible writing and in the meantime avoids any phenomenons of corrosion of the material without using the neutralyte. The other element necessary to the electrolytic process is the stencil. On the stencil there are engraved the writings or the logos which one has to mark on the piece. The electrolytic liquid, running through the engraved parts of the stencil, comes into contact with the piece and allows the indelible marking of the writing engraved on the stencil.
